Services

Dawn Design and Photography offers an array of creative services to include the following: Graphic Design, Professional Photography, Illustration, Digital Marketing, and Print Media. Contractual agreements are legally binding by service provider to customer. Should services be cancelled for any reason or without notice, refunds are not applicable as stated in contractual agreement.

Termination

Dawn Design and Photography may terminate or suspend access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service on contractual agreement.

All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination without limitation, ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability may be revised without notice.
